Check whether the source transaction is pending, confirmed, or failed. A confirmed source transaction does not always mean the destination asset has already arrived if the route has additional steps.
Verify the destination network and token before deciding that funds are missing. Wallets can hide tokens until the correct network or asset is selected.
If the route is still processing, use the provider's status information and do not submit a duplicate transfer. If a transaction failed, investigate the failure before trying again.
